Healing our hearts & minds…from within.

Compassionate therapy where inclusivity, humanity, and heart intertwine.

Hohm Psychotherapy, a beautiful alchemy, was born from the belief and experience that we heal in a transformational way through safe emotional bonds. We use the therapeutic relationship as a vessel to create a new sense of trust and connection in your life. We explore and honor your unique experiences and bond through universal human suffering and love that innately link us.

Our approach

Hohm stands for “Healing our hearts and minds,” which means we take an integrated, mind-body-spirit approach to psychotherapy. We honor the whole person from a holistic lens, collaborating with our clients in a way that feels genuinely supportive, deeply human, and affirming of all identities and experiences as we work toward cultivating more peace and harmony in your life, your relationships, and in your truth - your Hohm.

We meet you where you are in your process and move at a pace that feels right for you. Change takes time. We will be next to you through the thick of it while also cheering you on as the light shines through. We honor your agency and trust your innate wisdom, as you are the guide. We are grateful for our role in supporting you on your journey.

Our specialties

Our therapists pull from various experiential, relational, attachment, and trauma-focused therapeutic modalities in our work with clients, including Systems Theory, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Feminist Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Bowenian, Structural, Psychodynamic, and Adlerian Theory. We also incorporate mindfulness and meditation within our practice.

Our values

At Hohm, we foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and mutual support.
We honor each therapist’s unique identity, voice, and lived experience, and we encourage authenticity and integrity in how clinicians show up in their work.

We are committed to building a practice that is inclusive, equity-oriented, and aware of the ways systemic forces—such as racism, colonialism, and other forms of oppression—impact both clients and clinicians. As part of this commitment, therapists are encouraged to engage in ongoing personal and professional reflection around power, privilege, identity, and positionality in the clinical space.

We value humility, curiosity, and accountability as essential elements of ethical and effective practice. Our team supports one another in recognizing blind spots, deepening cultural responsiveness, and fostering a community where questions, feedback, and continued growth are welcomed.

At Hohm, we recognize that professional identity cannot be separated from personal identity. We bring our full selves into the work—honoring our own humanity while centering the dignity, strength, and complexity of the communities we serve. Together, we aim to co-create liberating spaces for healing, connection, and transformation.
